General Policies
The following Terms and Conditions outline how a user interacts with our services and establish the company's position on the usage of these services. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, users automatically agree to all clauses stated below.
Tour Price
Tour prices may fluctuate based on the number of participants joining the trip.
Accommodations
In remote locations, luxury accommodations may not be available. Therefore, services such as 24/7 electricity, hot water, or Wi-Fi should not be expected.
Room Categories
Tour packages are based on standard rooms, regardless of the hotel category chosen. Upgrades are subject to availability and additional charges, payable directly at the hotel.
Similar Accommodation
For larger groups, accommodations may be spread across multiple hotels, and room types may vary. We will strive to ensure rooms are similar in standard, but please be understanding if they differ.
Special Requests
Requests such as early check-in or specific room preferences are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, which the guest is responsible for.
Meal Plans
Meals typically consist of set menus or buffets, snacks, drinks, soups, and desserts may not be included and will be charged separately based on availability.
Alcohol Consumption
While we do not encourage the consumption of alcohol in high-altitude areas, guests wishing to consume alcohol in hotels or rooms must adhere to the hotel's policies.
Triple Sharing Rooms
In rooms arranged for triple occupancy, an extra mattress will be provided rather than a full additional bed.
Water and Electricity
In hilly regions, water and electricity may be limited, and some hotels may follow specific schedules for hot and cold water. We appreciate your cooperation in these situations.
ID Requirement
All traveler are required by law to present valid photo identification upon check-in. It is mandatory for guests to submit their IDs to the point of contact or sales agents for a hassle-free check-in process.
Camp Accommodations
In remote areas such as Sarchu, Nubra, Pangong, Jispa, Chandratal, and similar locations, camp accommodations, though categorized, are basic. Swiss camps may have attached bathrooms, but running hot water and electricity are not guaranteed due to the remoteness of these areas. We appreciate your understanding as an adventure traveler.
Possible Delays
Delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as traffic, strikes, or other reasons. Guests are asked to remain patient and board vehicles promptly to avoid further delays.
Vehicle Usage
Vehicles are provided for the itinerary and not for personal use outside the scheduled program.
No AC in Hilly Regions
Air conditioning is generally not available in vehicles such as Tempo Travelers, Innovas, Xylos, or Scorpios in hilly regions.
Volvo Bus Service
Volvo buses used for transport from Delhi to the tour's starting point are provided by third-party vendors. In case of breakdowns, a replacement will be arranged, though delays may occur.
Lunch/Dinner Stops
Lunch and dinner stops during Volvo bus journeys are pre - arranged by the vendor, and we have no control over the selection of restaurants.
Tour Program
Guests are required to adhere to the tour schedule. No refunds will be provided for missed activities due to late arrival or early departure.
Discontinuation
If a guest must leave the tour due to illness, loss of travel documents, or other reasons, no refund will be given for unused services.
Pre - Tour Services
If pre - tour services are used but the main tour is not attended, no refunds will be provided for unused services.
Behavior
The company reserves the right to remove any individual from the tour if their behavior disrupts the experience for others.
Liabilities
Our liability covers our employees, directors, managers, and agents but does not extend to independent contractors.
Severability
If any condition is deemed invalid, the remaining conditions still apply. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the tour.
Price Changes
Prices are subject to change due to factors such as fuel costs or airline/rail charges. Guests are required to pay any increases prior to departure.
Time Limits
Legal claims related to the tour must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the tour.
Booking through Agents
If a booking is made through a travel agent, the contract is with the agent, and we act only as a supplier.
Scheme Changes
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any discounts or offers at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Liability
In case the company modifies your booked tour after arrangements have been made, the following options are available:
1. Proceed with the revised tour.
2. Opt for an alternative tour offered by the company.
No claims for compensation, extra expenses, or other damages will be entertained. If a tour is canceled, the company may refund the tour cost minus actual expenses incurred.
The company is not responsible for:

Injuries, delays, illnesses, theft, or other incidents during the trip.

Loss or damage to baggage or personal belongings.

Issues such as overbooked flights or changes in airline schedules.
Events beyond our control, such as force majeure, relieve the company of liability for damages.
Brochure Accuracy
While we carefully select our vendors, we do not control their actions. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from their conduct.
Health & Safety
We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or issues arising from independent contractors. Any complaints must be made in writing and submitted within 10 days after the end of the tour.
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseeable events (e.g natural disasters, strikes), guests will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
Bike Guidelines
1. Booking: By booking, you agree to all terms and assume responsibility for yourself and your passenger.
2. Safety: Riders must have sufficient riding experience. The company may remove a rider from the tour if safety is compromised, without refund.
3. Behavior: Alcohol and drugs are prohibited. Disruptive behavior will result in removal from the tour.
These terms ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of government orders, severe weather conditions, protests, landslides, or any other unforeseen circumstances, we will work to create the best possible alternative plans for trips or treks. In certain cases, where specific activities may need to be canceled, the organization will offer the best available alternative. However, no refunds will be issued.
If a trek is canceled at the last moment due to a natural calamity or unforeseen events (such as rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strikes, or bandhs), a trek voucher equivalent to the full amount paid will be provided. Where feasible, an alternate trek may also be offered. The voucher can be redeemed for the same trek or another trek of equal value within 365 days from the original trek departure date.
In cases where a trek or trip cannot be completed due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be provided. Any additional expenses arising from such events (such as rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strikes, or bandhs) will be borne by the customer, and the company shall not be held liable.
Please note that the cancellation policy may vary during peak seasons and for popular destinations.

Booking, Cancellations, and Refund Policy
Booking & Payment
Tour prices may vary depending on availability and booking time. Full payment must be made before travel documents are issued. Please note that any additional expenses resulting from missed departures or early exits from the tour will be your responsibility.
Revision Fees
Any changes to your tour dates or itinerary made within 45 days of departure may incur additional costs, similar to cancellation fees.
Non-Payment
Timely payment is essential to secure your booking. Failure to make payments on time may result in the cancellation of your reservation, along with any applicable cancellation fees.
Cancellation by You
Initial deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your tour more than two months prior to departure, the balance payment (excluding the deposit) will be refunded within 45 days. Cancellations made closer to the tour date or during the tour will not be eligible for refunds.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 10 days of approval, based on the amount determined by our team. No refunds will be issued for unused services.
Proprietary Rights
All content, including text, images, and videos, on our website and promotional materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited without prior written permission.
No Warranty
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, all content is provided "as is," and we make no guarantees regarding its accuracy or completeness.
Disclaimer of Liability
We cannot be held liable for accidents, delays, lost luggage, or any fines that may occur during the tour. All travelers are responsible for ensuring the safety of their personal belongings.
Exclusions and Limitations
Our liability is limited to the scope deemed fair and reasonable under these terms. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
Other Policies
Promotions
Our mission is to share the magic of our tours with you! Through captivating photos, exciting videos, and engaging brochures, we showcase the incredible experiences awaiting you. While you're on tour, we may capture memorable moments through photography, videography, or audio recordings for use in our promotional materials, including our website and social media platforms. Please note that by participating in the tour, you agree to this without the need for additional permissions or compensation.
Licenses and Travel Documents
Before your adventure begins, it’s crucial to ensure that all necessary travel documents, such as visas and identification, are in order. Additionally, all travelers must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid motorcycle license (where applicable) along with other required documentation. Please be advised that if a destination does not grant you entry, no refund will be issued.
Indemnification
In the event that your actions during the tour cause any disruptions or damages, you may be held responsible for covering any associated costs.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we will only share your personal information when necessary to ensure the best travel experience.
Amendments and Modifications
We reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions as needed. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the latest version of our terms.
Waiver
Our decision not to enforce any particular term in specific situations does not constitute a waiver of our rights to enforce them in the future.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply.
Governing Law
All disputes arising from these terms will be governed under the jurisdiction of Gautam Buddh Nagar district, Uttar Pradesh.
Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue our services if you breach any of the terms and conditions outlined here.
Complaints, Suggestions, and Feedback
We value your feedback and encourage you to share any complaints, suggestions, or comments with us during the tour or via email within 28 days of the issue. Your feedback helps us improve and enhance our services.
Itinerary Changes
Flexibility is key when traveling. In the case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters or other uncontrollable circumstances, we may need to modify or cancel your tour. A minimum of four bookings is required to confirm a tour. If the minimum requirement is not met, or if the tour is canceled due to other reasons, a full refund will be issued.

In some offbeat locations, star-category hotels may not be available. Please be mindful that basic amenities such as 24x7 electricity, hot water, and Wi-Fi may not always be available.

Packages are based on standard room categories. Room upgrades must be arranged and paid for directly at the hotel. For large groups, identical facilities across multiple hotels may not be guaranteed, but we will make every effort to provide a consistent experience.

Special Requests:
Special requests such as early check-in, room preferences (smoking, non-smoking, etc.), and specific views are subject to availability at the time of arrival and cannot be guaranteed. Any additional charges arising from these requests are to be borne by the customer.

Meal Plans: Meals are provided on a fixed plan or buffet basis, MAP (Modified American Plan) does not include snacks, beverages, liquor, soups, or desserts. Additional items ordered must be paid for directly by the guest.

Alcohol Consumption: Serving and consumption of alcohol in hotels and rooms is subject to each hotel's specific policies.

Water and Electricity: Scarcity of water and electricity is common in hilly regions, and some hotels may have fixed schedules for hot and cold water. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
